多乐种植园内的睡莲，欧胡岛，夏威夷
Dole Plantation used to be operated as a fruit stand beginning in 1950. It has been opened to the public now as Hawaii’s “Pineapple Experience” since the pineapple plantations have moved to the Philippines. In Hawaii, developing tourism is more profitable than growing pineapples!The pineapple flavored ice cream at the plantation was delicious, you must try it! I really can’t get enough of pineapple-flavored ice cream during those days in Hawaii.The souvenir shop in the plantation sells a variety of pineapple-themed gifts. We also took a vintage train ride and explored tropical plants such as pineapples, sugar cane, papaya, cacao and more.
I accidentally found an exquisite little garden with water lilies very charming in the Dole Plantation. Water lilies display unique oriental charm. It is not often that you can enjoy an Asian garden in the United States, let alone water lilies.Claude Monet painted approximately 250 oil painting series of water lilies. His paintings depict his flower garden at his home in Giverny, and were the main focus of his artistic production during the last thirty years of his life. Many of the works were painted while Monet suffered from cataracts. These pictures of water lilies are a tribute to Monet’s paintings!
都乐种植园始于1950年，当时是作为水果店经营的。它现在作为夏威夷的“菠萝种植历史园”向公众开放，因为现在的菠萝种植地都已经转移到菲律宾了。在夏威夷，发展旅游业比种菠萝更赚钱！种植园内的菠萝口味冰淇淋非常的美味，一定要试一试！在夏威夷的那几天，我对菠萝味的冰淇淋真是念念不忘。种植园内的纪念品店有卖各种各样的菠萝主题的礼品。我们还坐了复古的小火车，游览了菠萝，甘蔗，木瓜，可可等等的热带植物。
我意外发现了多乐种植园里一个带睡莲的精致小花园，非常迷人。睡莲带有独特的东方气质。在美国很少能欣赏到亚洲特色的花园景致，更别提睡莲了。克劳德-莫奈画了大约250幅油画系列的睡莲。他的画作描绘了他在吉维尼家中的花园，是他一生中最后三十年艺术创作的主要焦点。许多作品是在莫奈患有白内障时画的。这些睡莲的照片是向莫奈的绘画作品致敬！
